Peninsulas' customers tell it like it is!!

The
Consumer Protection Associations' quarterly report has just been published. This report is an independent survey carried out for Peninsulas' customers from 1st April 2007 to 30th June 2007 inclusive.
We believe it is vital to evaluate both the professionalism and quality of our work and an effective means of establishing this is to ask past customers what they thought of the company.
The report is made up from scores each customer awarded company in respect of their overall performance.
A whopping 45.7% of customers rated Peninsula as Excellent, 34.4% as very good and a further 20% as good.
These results hopefully show Peninsula's dedication to achieving total customer satisfaction.
