Gaerwen-based Peninsula Home Improvements is celebrating after receiving a glowing report after an independent customer satisfaction survey.
The study was undertaken by the Consumer Protection Association and relates to the quality of installation work undertaken by the company during 2006.
The results of the survey shows 98.9% of Peninsula customers classed the quality of the company’s installation work as excellent, very good, good or satisfactory.
The company also scored an average of 95.3% in the three key areas identified by the CPA which are: working efficiently, being professional and courteous and carrying out all the work they promised to do. Just over 91% of Peninsula customers said they would have no hesitation in recommending the company to friends and neighbours.
Commenting about the results, Peninsula MD, Ken Grayson, said: “We are delighted with these results which show that out installation methods and customer care procedures are more than meeting the high standards expected by customers and the Consumer Protection Association which represents their interests.”
The survey is carried out annually by the Consumer Protection Association.
