Windows firm gets good marks

Gaerwen-based Peninsula Home Improvements & Conservatories is celebrating after receiving a glowing report for the quality of their installation work during 2004 in a survey of the company's clients carried out by the Consumer Protection Association.

In the survey, Peninsula scored an average of 97% for working efficiently, being professional and courteous and carrying out all the work they promised to do and 96.7% of the company's installation work was classed as excellent, very good, good, or satisfactory by customers. In their response, 94% of Peninsula customers also said they would be prepared to recommend the company to others.

The survey is carried out annually by the Consumer Protection Association and is based on replies they receive to a questionnaire sent by member companies to their customers after the completion of the work undertaken who then complete and return them direct to the CPA.

Commenting about the results, Peninsula MD, Ken Grayson, said: “We're delighted with these independent results which show that our methods are meeting the high standards expected by our customers.”
