Two local family-run companies unite to collaborate on exciting projects

February 26 2018

The Fron Goch Garden Centre in Caernarfon are collaborating with the team here at Peninsula Home Improvements in Gaerwen on several new projects that aims to expand their business to new heights, whilst also offering customers the high quality products available that are rich with synergy.

Both of our award winning, family run businesses have seen the potential in collaborating and wish to utilise that potential to reach those new heights. Our very own Ken Grayson, CEO of Peninsula said; “Fron Goch is a like-minded business which shares the same values and ethos of high levels of service and quality products, and as we both promote a healthier lifestyle through outdoor living this collaboration is a natural fit not just for us but also for our customers.

“Our first project together is the installation of a Garden Room in Fron Goch’s Summer Living Area. This is a bespoke glass canopy with bi-folding glass doors designed to extend living space, while offering homeowners the enjoyment of outdoor living long past summer due to its precision engineered and optimum weather protection. Construction will begin soon and we’re looking forward to the unveiling at Fron Goch’s Furniture Launch Weekend on Saturday 17th March.”

The Garden Room is the first outside of Peninsula’s own showroom and will be furnished with Fron Goch’s brand new Bramblecrest furniture, which will hopefully inspire homeowners to make full use of their gardens throughout the year.

The managing director of Fron Goch, Justin Williams, said; “We all know there are many health benefits to outdoor living and this partnership with Peninsula is about working with a company that has a strong reputation like us to bring a more rounded lifestyle to our customers. We’re delighted the Garden Room will be opened during our Furniture Launch Weekend, which is all about making full use of your garden whether that is to grown vegetables or flowers, or an area for entertaining friends and family. This is a celebration of the longer and hopefully sunny days ahead and is the perfect start for our partnership which we see has huge potential for the future.”

There will be an abundance of offers on over the Furniture Launch Weekend on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th March, which will be the start of Fron Goch’s Summer of Outdoor Living, introducing their new conservatory and garden furniture, kadai fire bowls, solar lighting and summer accessories as well as our very own garden room.

We are absolutely delighted with our new conservatory which perfectly replaces the tired wooden one like an old friend. Please may we thank everybody at Peninsula who has had anything to do with this project from initial talks and design, through demolition, foundations, brickwork etc and then the construction team, electrics and all in the office. Everybody has been most efficient and thorough and a pleasure to communicate with at all times. We chose your company on a personal recommendation and will happily pass on the good news to anybody who shows an interest - please be very proud of your whole team. Best wishes.
